The rules, plainly

• Choose or change each meal up to 3 hours before it’s served.
• Use your meals within 30 days of your start day, plus 3 extra days to book any you have left.
• Skip before the cutoff and the meal goes back to your plan.
• A booked meal you don’t collect still counts as used.
• Pausing doesn’t move your use-by date.
