A yummy smoothie pack containing:
- Bananas(400g) for that creamy taste
- Pineapples(600g) balance it all adding a refreshing sweetness
- Groundnuts(200g) because nuts make everything better no? 🙈
Recipe Ideas:
To prepare this smoothie pack, you add some:
- Liquid (required)
- Juices like orange juice, watermelon juice or pineapple juice for that extra pineapple-ness
- Non-dairy milk like coconut milk, tigernut milk, oat milk, almond milk etc.
- Water is also perfectly acceptable
- Greek or regular
- A healthy sweetener like honey, date syrup
- Healthy ingredients like chia seeds, protein powder etc.
- Some fresh veggies
- Spices like ginger, cinnamon, cloves, etc. for that nutritional boost.
Note:
- Do NOT add regular milk to it as pineapple contains an enzyme called bromelain, which can cause milk to become bitter and also curdle when combined and left for some time.
